Terms of Service

Please read these terms. By ordering or using our services you agree to them.

Last updated 2026-10-17.

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Advergenix, which operates Hostflipper. They apply to all services we provide. Specific plans may have additional terms that we tell you about when you order.

2. Services and plans

We provide hosting, domains, email, security and related services as described on this website and in your agreed plan. Plans are built around your needs; the resources and price are confirmed in writing before you start.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content you host.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as agreed in your plan and are due in advance for each billing period unless we agree otherwise. Services may be suspended if payment is overdue. Taxes are added where required.

5. Renewals and cancellation

Services renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Domains may have registry-set renewal rules and deadlines. We remind you before renewals. Refunds are described in your plan or required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end services that breach it.

7. Availability and support

Our availability commitment and how credits work are set out in the Service Level Agreement. Support is provided as described on the support page.

8. Your content and data

You keep ownership of your content. You give us the permission needed to host, back up and deliver it. You are responsible for having the rights to it and for keeping your own copies of important data.

9. Domains

Domain registration is subject to the rules of the registry and of ICANN or the relevant authority. You are the registrant and must give accurate contact details.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the previous twelve months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end a service as set out in your plan. We may end or suspend services immediately for serious breaches. After a service ends we may delete the data after a reasonable notice period.

12. Changes

We may update these terms, and will tell you about material changes. Continued use means you accept them.

13. Contact
